Our Mission
Why We Created the Cancer Concierge Program
Over the last decade, we have worked with cancer patients and families from around the world. One challenge appeared again and again — many patients felt lost trying to navigate a complex healthcare system during one of the most difficult periods of their lives.
They were trying to understand test results, treatment recommendations, insurance approvals, second opinions, and rapidly changing information. Family members often carried just as much stress as the patient.
We created the Cancer Concierge Program to provide patients and families with experienced support, advanced analysis, education, and guidance throughout the process.

Personalized cancer analysis
We study each patient’s cancer using advanced diagnostics, genomics, proteomics, and bioinformatics to understand the disease at the DNA level.

Advanced genetic testing
Better genetic information helps uncover important details about a patient’s cancer and identify treatment options worth discussing with their oncology team.

Collaboration with existing teams
We work alongside a patient’s oncologist, not in place of them. Patients should never have to choose between their doctor and additional expertise.

Support for patients and caregivers
Cancer affects the whole family. Our program is designed to support spouses, children, parents, and caregivers who stand beside the patient throughout the process.
